1. Not medical advice

AllergyFlow is an informational tool only. Nothing in the app — including pollen alerts, food diary analysis, pattern insights, or AI-generated recipes — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes, especially if you have severe allergies or anaphylaxis risk. Never rely on this app alone to determine whether a food is safe for you. If you have a severe allergy or risk of anaphylaxis, always read food labels and consult your allergist.

2. AI-generated recipes

Recipes generated by the AI feature are based on the allergen list you provide. We cannot guarantee that generated recipes are free of all allergens, cross-contamination risks, or ingredients that may cause a reaction. Always verify ingredients before consuming any food.

3. Pollen and environmental data

Pollen levels and environmental alerts are provided by third-party weather services and may not be accurate or up to date for your specific location. Use this data as a general guide only.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AllergyFlow for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the app.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

AllergyFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AllergyFlow, including any allergic reactions or health consequences.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
